Project Scope

C&G Building Contractors’ successfully bid to convert an existing dilapidated site into ten luxury one and two-bedroom apartments for The Langmead Group. Located in the village of Selsey in West Sussex. The Home Farm redevelopment comprised of a mixture of oak framed barns and 1980s brick and block extensions. C&G’s project team worked alongside a number of specialist sub-contractors engaged to carry out various work packages. The intrusive nature of the works accompanied with the age of the buildings provided the occasional unforeseen complication. Nevertheless, with close collaboration between the project stakeholders, all issues that surfaced were successfully resolved.

On completion of the project all units were delivered to the client ready for rental on the open market.
